I was nervous but it was hard to be upset around all the nice people they made me feel comfortable

The atmosphere is really nice and the staff is extremely friendly. The receptionists are very helpful and clear. Staff works hard to make sure you're as comfortable as possible, especially during more invasive procedures. Very smooth visits each time.

My first experience with Dr Heinrichs was awesome! I was a bit scared at first because I didn't know what to expect. But once I was seated on the chair, everything went so easy. Thank you Dr Heinrichs for making it a pleasant experience for me.

My appointments always start right on time. This is a very efficient office!
